Delivery & Order

When will I receive my order?

Orders are generally dispatched from our warehouses within 3 working days. It then takes between 18 and 22 working days for your item to arrive at your home.

In busy periods, it may take up to 6 days before shipment.

Our packages circulate with La Poste, we do not work with relay points.

How much is shipping ?

We are proud to offer free international delivery on all orders!

My order is not complete

Since we have different storage locations and work with different producers, you may receive your items in different packages. So don't worry if you don't get everything at the same time.

I did not receive my order

Our average delivery times are 18 to 22 working days. Some packages may take a little longer than that.

However, if you still have not received your package after 35 working days after ordering, then we will reimburse you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Cancellation & Return

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We quickly process orders you place, usually within 24 hours.

For this reason, you have 24 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to info@ranize.com

Beyond this time, your items will already have been shipped, so we will not be able to modify your order.

Is the item I received broken / defective?

Despite our demanding selection of trusted carriers, your package may arrive damaged.

In this case or in the case of a design defect, contact us at info@ranize.com with the following details:

1. Your order number

2. Description of the problem (wrong / defective item, ...)

3. A photo or video

You will not need to return the product and we will reimburse you directly for the amount of your order in the form of a voucher (if you want another form of refund, please tell us).
